Department: Therapy Services

Work Schedule: Casual, Days (PRN, as needed, Weekdays and Weekends)

POSITION SUMMARY

The COTA provides occupational therapy services under the direction and supervision of the registered occupational therapist. These services include contribution to, and participation in the assessment, intervention, and documentation process.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

1. Licenses and Certifications Required: Current ND OT Assistant license in good standing required.
2. Basic Life Support (CPR) required within 30 days of hire.
