Highland Oaks Health Center is opening a Therapy department and seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join a dedicated multidisciplinary team. You will provide high-quality physical therapy services and help develop individualized treatment plans for patients.

Qualifications

• Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) credential
• Experience in developing and implementing treatment plans
• Ability to work with a multidisciplinary team

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify physical therapy needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Implement and modify treatment plans as needed to achieve patient goals
• Provide education and training to patients and their families on proper exercise techniques, posture, and body mechanics
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care; maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans
• Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in physical therapy
• Support patients and colleagues in a positive clinical environment
