Job summary

Iva Post Acute in Iva, SC is seeking a compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our therapy team. You will assist the Occupational Therapist with treatment plans and deliver OT services to both inpatient and outpatient clients, helping residents regain independence.

Graduate of an accredited OTA program with an active SC license is required. We offer a supportive, family-like environment and opportunities for advancement within our SC sister facilities.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered South Carolina COTA license.
• Experience in a fast-paced healthcare setting preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Occupational Therapist with resident treatment plans.
• Provide occupational therapy treatments to inpatient and outpatient clients.
• Help residents improve daily living skills, mobility, and independence.
• Maintain accurate treatment documentation.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.
• Celebrate resident milestones and progress daily.
