Edgewood Healthcare is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our home health team in a part-time capacity. This role offers more independence and 1:1 therapy with geriatric patients, delivering evidence-based practice in a supportive setting.

You will perform therapeutic activities, build relationships with patients, and contribute to effective treatment plans. Requirements include Idaho COTA license, CPR (provided if needed), and a valid driver's license.

Job description

We are looking for a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our home health team in a part-time capacity!

Practice with more independence and autonomy than in traditional roles. Utilize a wide range of therapeutic skills to meet diverse therapy needs. Develop deeper relationships providing 1:1 therapeutic care delivering effective, evidenced-based clinical practice with a focus on the geriatric population. This provides our clinicians with the opportunity to have a one-on-one experience with each patient, producing more effective treatment programs and delivering the exceptional care each patient deserves.

What You Will Need

• Active COTA license in good standing with the state of Idaho
• CPR certification (we will provide, if needed)
• Valid driver's license
