The Arc Lexington is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join its Clinical Services team. What does a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) do?
As a member of the Clinical Services team at The Arc Lexington the Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) works under the supervision of the OTR to assist in the assessment, treatment development, implementation, and monitoring of Occupational Therapy services. The COTA provides training and support to agency staff in Day Hab and Residential settings. Strong communication skills are essential for success in this role.
