Sage Rehabilitation Hospital and Outpatient Services in Baton Rouge, LA is seeking a PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our outpatient team. This role supports patients with neurological needs and participates in therapy plans under supervision. Our ESOP program offers a unique owner-employee partnership.

Ideal candidates are patient-focused, reliable, and able to manage time effectively in a clinical setting. CPR certification is required for all applicants.
