Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking qualified Occupational Therapy Assistant candidates to join our growing team in Wisconsin. Working under the guidance of an Occupational Therapist, you will assist in delivering individualized care plans and contribute to improving patients' functional outcomes.

You will support OT-led treatment programs, document patient progress, communicate with the care team, and help operate standard OT equipment to support patient rehabilitation.

• Ensure every patient receives quality treatment resulting in excellent functional outcomes.
• With assistance of Occupational Therapist, develop and implement occupational therapy treatment programs based on each patient's particular needs.
• Assist patients with all phases of Occupational Therapy treatment and techniques.
• Discuss treatment with patients and record patient conditions and responses to treatments in charts after each visit.
• Provide continuous communication with Occupational Therapist, Director or Rehab, and facility staff.
• Operate and apply knowledge of standard occupational therapy equipment.
