Job Description: We are a not-for-profit continuing care retirement community located in the heart of Washington’s wine country. The campus hosts 117 certified beds, offers private rooms with attached bathrooms for residents, and features a large gym for therapy use. Streamlined therapy procedures & systems, along with state-of-the-art therapy equipment and computer systems for email, timekeeping, resident notes & billing entry, ensure consistency for ease of care and documentation. The therapy department provides acute in-patient and out-patient therapy, focusing on stroke recovery, orthopedic rehab, contracture management, cognitive retraining, prosthetic/orthotic training, and various other programs.
