Job summary

PHYT REHAB OF WISCONSIN INC is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) – Per Diem to provide quality rehabilitation services directly to patients’ homes. You will support patients under the guidance of an Occupational Therapist, helping them regain strength and independence.

This position offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to work in a supportive, team-oriented environment, ensuring meaningful one-on-one patient care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited program, new graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Must possess a current COTA Wisconsin state license.
• Excellent communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

Position

Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) – Per Diem

As a COTA, you’ll work closely under the guidance of an Occupational Therapist to deliver hands‑on care that supports each patient’s progress and goals. You’ll help improve daily functioning, reinforce therapy plans, and bring encouragement and energy into every session. Your role is essential in helping patients maintain their independence at home.

Position Qualifications

• Current COTA Wisconsin state license

• Rehab Optima Knowledge preferred but not required
