Renewal Rehab seeks a compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to support seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute care settings. This on-site role will deliver evidence-based interventions to enhance functional independence, safety, and quality of life.

You will work closely with Occupational Therapists and an interdisciplinary team to implement treatment plans and educate patients and families.

Qualifications

• Must hold state-licensed COTA.
• Experience with elderly in skilled nursing is preferred.
• Ability to document timely and accurately.

Responsabilités

• Deliver evidence-based interventions to enhance functional independence.
• Implement treatment plans in collaboration with Occupational Therapists.
• Complete timely documentation of sessions and progress notes.
• Educate patients and families about care plans and exercises.
