Renewal Rehab seeks a compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to support seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute care settings. This on-site role delivers interventions to enhance functional independence and safety while collaborating with Occupational Therapists and an interdisciplinary team.

You will implement treatment plans, complete timely documentation, and educate patients and families.

Competenze

• Licensed or eligible for COTA in the state of Illinois.
• Experience delivering activities to improve functional independence is a plus.
• Ability to educate patients and families on Plan of Care.
