Job summary

Renewal Rehab seeks a compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to support seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute care settings. This on-site role delivers evidence-based interventions to enhance independence, safety, and quality of life, working closely with OTs and an interdisciplinary team.

You will implement treatment plans, complete timely documentation, educate patients and families, and contribute to a collaborative, patient-centered culture with strong clinical support.

Qualifications

• Licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in good standing
• Experience in skilled nursing or post-acute care settings preferred
• Ability to educate patients and families effectively
• Strong documentation and organizational skills
