We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Primary Care Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our dynamic team and service our York/Rock Hill patients. As a valuable member of our healthcare staff, you will play a crucial role in assisting our licensed physical therapists in delivering exceptional care to our patients. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals recovering from injuries or illnesses.

This position involves completing visits in patients' homes throughout the designated service area. This is a full-time, salary-based 8-hour position (8:00AM-5:00PM) (Monday-Friday).

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
• Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapy Assistant
• Previous experience in home health or similar setting preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• CPR certification
