Job summary

Your Health is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to deliver home-based occupational therapy within the Beaufort/Lowcountry service area. You will support licensed therapists in providing high-quality care to patients in facilities, clinics, and homes across Hardeeville, Hilton Head Island, Bluffton, and surrounding areas.

The role involves travel to patients’ homes, collaborating with families, and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited OTA program.
• Current state licensure as an OTA.
• Experience in home health or similar setting preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy visits in patients' homes within the service area.
• Assist licensed therapists in delivering patient care and rehab.
• Document sessions and update care plans per policy.
• Collaborate with facilities and families to ensure quality, coordinated care.

We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Primary Care Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our dynamic team and service our Beaufort patients. As a valuable member of our healthcare staff, you will play a crucial role in assisting our licensed physical therapists in delivering exceptional care to our patients. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals recovering from injuries or illnesses.

This position would complete visits in patients' homes through the designated service area. This is a full-time, salary-based position with a monthly guaranteed bonus.

• Monday-Friday (8:00AM-5:00PM)
