Job summary

Your Health in Beaufort area is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our growing urgent care family. You will support licensed physical therapists and perform in-home visits for patients across the designated service areas, helping individuals recover from injuries or illnesses with compassionate, patient-centered care.

This full-time, salary-based role offers a monthly guaranteed bonus and a Monday–Friday schedule (8:00 AM–5:00 PM), serving Hilton Head, Bluffton, Suncity

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
• Experience in home health or similar setting preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed physical therapists in delivering care.
• Perform in-home visits for patients within designated service areas.
• Support patients recovering from injuries or illnesses with rehabilitation activities.
• Coordinate with facilities, families and care teams to ensure continuity of care.

We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Primary Care Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our dynamic team and service our Beaufort patients.

As a valuable member of our healthcare staff, you will play a crucial role in assisting our licensed physical therapists in delivering exceptional care to our patients. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals recovering from injuries or illnesses.

This position would complete visits in patients' homes thought the designated service area.

This is a full-time, salary-based position with a monthly guaranteed bonus.
