Job summary

Hill Valley Healthcare in Gastonia, NC is seeking a licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a flexible PRN position to support our rehab team and residents seeking to improve independence in daily activities.

You will evaluate residents, develop and implement treatment plans, collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, and maintain accurate clinical documentation in a skilled nursing setting.

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited OT program is required.
• Current valid OT license and registration for state of practice.
• Experience with long-term care and/or geriatric care is preferred.
• Well-versed in documentation writing.
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented approach to patient care.

Responsibilities
