Job summary

Aventura at Carriage Inn is seeking a full-time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our rehab team. You will work with licensed OTs to deliver high-quality patient care, implement individualized treatment plans, and document progress in Net Health.

Are you a motivated and compassionate COTA looking to grow your career in a supportive and energetic environment? Aventura at Carriage Inn is looking for a full-time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our dynamic rehab team!

What You’ll Do

• Work closely with licensed Occupational Therapists to provide high-quality patient care
• Implement individualized treatment plans that help residents regain independence and improve quality of life
• Accurately document patient progress using Net Health
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver the best outcomes

Position Details

• Full-time position
• 35 hours per week
• Consistent schedule with opportunity for professional growth
