Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatments to residents and patients with temporary or long-term disabilities.
• Relieve pain, restore function, and promote independence.
• Deliver treatment under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist according to the plan of care.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy progress and programs.
• Monitor and report patient responses to treatment interventions.
• Maintain accurate documentation compliant with policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatments to residents and patients experiencing temporary or long-term disabilities
• Assist in relieving pain, restoring function, and promoting overall healing and independence
• Deliver treatment in accordance with the established plan of care under the supervision of the Occupational Therapist
• Educate and support patients, families, and caregivers on therapy programs and progress
• Monitor and report patient responses to treatment interventions
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with company policies and state/federal regulations
