What We’re Looking For:

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited OTA program
• Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
• Previous experience working with pediatric or adult patients is a plus
• Ability to thrive in acollaborative team setting
• Excellent communication skillswith a patient-centered approach
• Strongorganizational skillsand attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Assist occupational therapists in implementing treatment plans for patients, focusing on improving daily living activities (ADLs).
• Provide patient care in various settings, including home health, and day habilitation facilities.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and adjust care plans based on patient progress.
• Utilize knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology to support patient assessments and interventions.
• Maintain clear communication with patients and their families regarding treatment goals and progress.
