Home & Care in Casper, WY is seeking a compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our home health team. You will work one-on-one with patients in their homes to improve safety, independence, and daily function, under the supervision of a licensed OT.

Responsibilities include delivering OT treatments, ADL training, home safety education, and progress documentation while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Wyoming COTA license.
• CPR/BLS certification, if required.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and required auto insurance.
• Ability to work independently in patients' homes.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach.
• Home health experience preferred, but not required.
• New graduates welcome!

Job Summary

Home & Care is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our home health team in Casper, WY.

As a COTA, you'll work one-on-one with patients in their homes to help improve safety, independence, and participation in everyday activities. You'll work closely with a supervising Occupational Therapist and our interdisciplinary care team to provide individualized, patient-centered care.
