Job summary

Sweetwater Care is seeking a Licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant to support patient rehabilitation under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist. The role involves documenting treatments, supporting the therapy team, and assisting with the care plan and family instruction.

Responsibilities include recording treatments, participating in care conferences, and ensuring clean, ready treatment areas. Strong communication and teamwork are essential in this busy rehab setting.

Qualifications

• Licensed OTA with ability to follow OT plans.
• Record treatments and progress notes per guidelines.
• Assist in maintaining department and treatment area.
