Job summary

Sweetwater Care in Williams, CA is seeking a Licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant to support therapists in patient rehabilitation, documentation, and daily department tasks. You will work closely with the care team to implement treatment plans, communicate progress, and ensure accurate records while maintaining a clean, organized treatment area.

Qualifications

• Licensed OTA with state approval.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients as directed by the OT and follow documentation guidelines.
• Record treatments and progress notes in medical records.
• Assist in maintaining department operations.
• Participate in Patient Care and Rehabilitation Conferences.
• Assist with cleaning and maintenance of the treatment area.
• Communicate progress, problems and plans with supervisor and team.
• Participate in staff training within the facility.
• Record treatment charges per facility policy.
• Instruct families or nursing staff in maintenance programs.

Responsibilities:
