Job summary

Snap Health in Texas is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant to manage a flexible home health caseload. You will visit patients to implement treatment plans, improve mobility, and support recovery with patient education.

This PRN/Contract role offers hours you can pick, opportunities to earn extra by night or weekend shifts, and a user-friendly mobile app to stay organized and reduce stress.

Qualifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist Assistant license in Texas.
• Minimum of 1 year of OT experience, home health exposure preferred.
• Proficient in using mobile apps for organizing caseload.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent patient education and communication.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough visits treating the patients’ physical conditions and follow the plan of care and treatment plans.
• Work with home health patients to improve mobility, alleviate pain, and enhance overall well-being.
