Job summary

Charter School Therapy is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) for an urgent, in-person role serving a school in the Eagle Mountain area. Flexible scheduling offers part-time to full-time hours, primarily Fridays, with pay between $35-$39 per hour.

You will provide school-based OT services under supervision, help students meet IEP goals, and collaborate with teachers and families. A pediatric or school-based background is preferred, and a background check is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in pediatrics and/or school-based therapy preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide school-based occupational therapy assistant services under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist
• Support students in achieving IEP goals and improving functional participation in the school setting
• Collaborate effectively with teachers, school staff, therapists, and families
• Maintain accurate treatment notes, documentation, and administrative records
• Participate in team meetings and communicate student progress
• Assist in implementing individualized therapy plans for students with diverse needs

Charter School Therapy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to join our school-based therapy team for the 2026–2027 school year, beginning as soon as next week.

This is an in-person position serving a school in the Eagle Mountain area. We are offering flexible scheduling options, with opportunities ranging from part-time to full-time hours based on candidate availability and school needs.
