Job summary

AMG Specialty Hospital- Albuquerque seeks a PRN Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to support the Occupational Therapist in developing individualized treatment programs and delivering therapy as directed. The role requires collaboration with physicians and nursing staff to advance patient goals.

Candidates must hold a Bachelors' degree in Occupational Therapy, maintain a current New Mexico license, possess a current BLS certification, and demonstrate clear English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current NM State License in good standing.
• Current BLS certification.
• Ability to read and communicate effectively in English.
• Additional languages are desirable.
• Basic computer knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Occupational Therapist in developing individual treatment programs.
• Administer the occupational therapy treatment program as directed by the Occupational Therapist and as ordered by a Physician.
