Job summary

AMG Specialty Hospital - Central Indiana Hancock Campus is seeking a Full-Time Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) in Greenfield, IN. You will assist the Occupational Therapist in creating individualized treatment plans and administering therapy to patients in a patient-centered, multidisciplinary environment.

The role offers a $5,000 Sign-On Bonus, tuition reimbursement options, and an ESOP, reflecting AMG’s employee-owned culture.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Indiana COTA license.
• Current BLS certification is required.
• Ability to read and communicate effectively in English; additional languages desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Occupational Therapist in developing individualized treatment programs.
• Administer occupational therapy treatments as directed by the Occupational Therapist and physician orders.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
