Job summary

Creekside Village is seeking a full-time COTA (Occupational Therapist Assistant) to join our team. A $4,000 sign-on bonus is offered. The COTA will work under the supervision of an OTR, providing comprehensive treatment and helping identify patients for referral to rehabilitation services.

Responsibilities include documenting progress, securing MD orders for treatments, and attending facility meetings when indicated. Must hold a current COTA license to apply.
