Join our rehabilitation team as a COTA serving patients across both a Long-Term Acute Care Hospital (LTACH) and Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)/subacute setting, all conveniently located within the same building. In this role, you will work under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide hands-on patient care, implement individualized treatment plans, and support patients in achieving their highest level of independence and function. You'll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and caregivers, maintain accurate clinical documentation, and contribute to a patient-centered environment focused on quality outcomes and exceptional care. This position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population while gaining experience across multiple post-acute care settings.
