Job summary

Aspire Senior Living New Florence is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to join our team and support licensed therapists in delivering high-quality resident care. About the Role

As a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA), you will work closely with our occupational therapists to provide high-quality care to our residents. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with the development, implementation, and evaluation of individualized occupational therapy plans
• Providing direct care to residents, including exercises, activities, and therapies
• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient progress and care

Requirements

• Current certification as a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) in the state of Missouri
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to detail

• Ability to lift, transfer, and assist residents with mobility and other physical needs
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
