Position Summary: The COTA Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant provides direct rehabilitation care in occupational therapy under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist, following applicable laws and Life Care standards.

Education, Experience, and Licensure Requirements:

1. NBCOT certified upon hire; renewal optional
2. Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program
3. Active state registration/licensure required
4. Preferred one year of experience in post-acute care
5. CPR certification required upon hire

Specific Job Requirements:

1. Engage in community health projects
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office
3. Coordinate with patients and families for care planning
