Job summary

Emplify Health, a partnership of Bellin Health and Gundersen Health System, is seeking a full-time Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant to join our team in Friendship, WI, serving patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings. You will work under the supervision of the OTR and collaborate with patients and their families.

Required are an OTA associate degree, Wisconsin COTA certification, and CPR (or ability to obtain within 3 months).

Qualifications

• Associate degree required to practice as OTA.
• COTA certification valid in Wisconsin.
• CPR certification or ability to obtain within 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Full-time 40 hours/week.
• 8 hour shifts, 7am-3:30pm and 8am-4:30pm.
• Occasional weekend coverage.
• Provide care to patients under the supervision of the OTR and collaborate with families.

We are seeking a full-time Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to join our team providing care for patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings. In this role, you will work with individuals experiencing a wide range of conditions at Emplify Health by Gundersen, Moundview Memorial Hospital and the Extended Care Center in Friendship, WI.

What you will do/job specifics

• Full-time 40 hours/week

• 8 hour shifts, 7am-3:30pm and 8am-4:30pm

• Occasional coverage on weekends

• Work closely with patients and patient family members to provide care under the supervision of the OTR.
