Job summary

Family Tree Rehabilitation, part of The Campus of Anna Maria, is seeking a PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our therapy team on its wooded Ohio campus.

Under supervision of a licensed OT, the COTA assists residents in improving daily living activities and independence, delivering care in SNF, outpatient, and home health settings within a 10 mile radius. We value compassionate, resident-centered care and a supportive, family-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Current Ohio COTA licensure in good standing
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
• Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
• Compassionate, resident-focused approach

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatments per established plans of care
• Assist residents with therapeutic exercises and functional activities
• Document treatments, progress, and resident responses accurately and timely
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
• Promote safety, dignity, and individualized resident care
• Comply with facility policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
