Our skilled nursing facility in the heart of Sacramento is dedicated to delivering outstanding care and rehabilitation services to our residents. What You'll Do:

• Assist in implementing occupational therapy treatment plans under the supervision of an OTR
• Help residents improve strength, coordination, and daily living skills
• Document resident progress and support their recovery journey
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide the best care possible
