Job summary

Horsham Center for Jewish Life is seeking a certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our therapy team. We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities to support residents’ independence, function, and quality of life.

You will work under the supervision of an OT and collaboratively with nursing and other professionals. Qualified candidates have an accredited OTA program background, a current COTA license in good standing, and geriatric experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Associate’s degree recognized by AOTA.
• Current COTA license in good standing required.
• Geriatric experience preferred.
• Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and physician orders.
• Monitor resident progress and response to treatment.
