Upstream Rehabilitation is hiring full-time, part-time, and PRN Occupational Therapist Assistants for outpatient orthopedics in Fairview, Oregon. You’ll deliver hands-on care under supervision of a licensed OT and help patients regain mobility.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program (or upcoming graduate).
• Active or pending State COTA license (or eligibility).

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on, evidence-based care under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
• Help patients improve mobility, strength, and function through individualized treatment plans.
• Track patient progress and collaborate closely with your clinical team.
