Job summary

Upstream Rehabilitation’s Fairview clinic is seeking an Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to provide hands-on orthopedic care in a modern outpatient setting. You’ll work under supervision to help patients regain movement and return to activities they love, with a clear path for career growth.

Qualifications

• Active or pending State COTA license (or eligibility)
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program (or upcoming graduate)

Responsibilities

• Help patients improve mobility, strength, and function through individualized treatment plans
• Track patient progress and collaborate with the clinical team
