Job summary

The Springs of Fairfield Bay is seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our rehab team in Fairfield Bay, AR. This full-time role focuses on helping residents regain independence and improve quality of life through meaningful activities.

You will work under an Occupational Therapist, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Active Arkansas COTA license is required.
• Strong clinical and hands-on skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct occupational therapy services under the supervision of an OT.
