Job summary

The Springs of Fairfield Bay in Fairfield Bay, AR is seeking a Full-Time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our rehab team. You will deliver direct OT services under supervision, support residents in regaining independence, and contribute to meaningful daily activities.

You will develop and implement individualized treatment plans, help with strength and coordination, document progress, and educate residents, families, and staff to sustain recovery in a warm, team-driven

Qualifications

• Active Arkansas COTA license required.
• Strong clinical skills and compassionate hands-on approach.
• Team-oriented with excellent communication.
• Passion for helping residents regain independence and improve quality of life.
