Job summary

Fort Myers Rehab & Nursing Center in Fort Myers, FL is hiring a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) for Full-Time and Per Diem PRN positions to join our rehabilitation team.

Responsibilities include delivering treatments under an OT, implementing plans for daily living, promoting independence, and documenting progress. Requires an OTA degree and Florida COTA license; prior rehab facility experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree from an accredited OTA program.
• Current Florida COTA license.
• Experience in a rehabilitation or skilled nursing facility preferred.

• Provide occupational therapy treatments to residents under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
• Assist with implementing individualized treatment plans to improve residents' ability to perform daily living activities.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support comprehensive patient care.

Fort Myers Rehab & Nursing Center provides exceptional in-house sub-acute rehabilitation and skilled nursing care. We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to join our rehabilitation team. We are currently hiring for Full-Time and Per Diem (PRN) positions.
