Qualifications

• Three required certifications from the following list: Spirometry Training Program, Occupational Hearing Conservationist, Urine Drug Screen Collection, Breath Alcohol Technician.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate OH&S services with physicians and patients.
• Obtain authorizations and communicate with workers comp carriers.
• Answer calls, schedule appointments, and register patients per protocol.
• Submit reports to employers, carriers, case managers and utilization review.
• Coordinate OH&S services and maintain records and database.
