Qualifications

• Must hold Crane Operator Certification in New York state.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate truck-mounted cranes on residential construction sites.
• Transport crane equipment to and from job sites.
• Set up and stabilize the crane per manufacturer specs and site conditions.
• Perform pre-trip, daily, and monthly equipment inspections.
• Conduct routine maintenance and promptly report issues.
• Maintain crane and hoisting mechanisms in safe condition.
• Operate crane controls to lift, position, and place precast wall panels.
• Collaborate with installers, truck drivers, and crews to complete installations safely.
• Follow OSHA regulations, ANSI standards, and safety policies.
• Wear PPE and maintain a safe work environment.
• Carry basic tools for minor adjustments and field repairs.
• Complete inspection reports and equipment documentation.
