Responsibilities

• Perform nursing care procedures according to the resident care plan.
• Accurate documentation in accordance with Patient Care.
• Provide patient-centered care to residents.
• Demonstrate positive interpersonal relations with staff, residents, and visitors.
• Adhere to facility and department policies and work rules/regulations.
• Be respectful and compassionate to residents and families.
