Requirements for this Certified Nursing Assistants/ CERTIFIED MEDICATION AIDE job To excel as a CNA/CMA at Wilber Care Center, you must possess a great attitude, a passion for helping others, and a desire to make a difference in the lives of our residents. Your willingness to have fun and engage with residents in a meaningful way will contribute to our vibrant and customer-focused culture. Effective communication skills are essential for providing top-notch care and collaborating with fellow team members. Being a team player and demonstrating flexibility in your approach will ensure smooth workflow and positive outcomes for our residents. Additionally, the ability to work weekend and holiday rotations is necessary to meet the needs of our residents and maintain the high standard of care we provide. We require Certified Nursing Assistants/ Certified medication aides to be 19 years of age and have a valid driver's license, must have completed the state approved nurse assistant training, have a current 40 hr. medication aide license or be willing to complete training and must meet the general health requirements set forth by the policies of the facility.
