Job Responsibilities

1. Assist residents with bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, and all ADLs during your shift.
2. Assist with oral hygiene, including denture care, as needed.
3. Complete patient care records accurately at the end of each shift, including I&O documentation.
4. Support the charge nurse with resident needs and treatments as directed.
5. Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Certified nursing assistant registered in the DFS registry.
• Genuine concern for the welfare of geriatric patients.
• Ability to follow directions and attend required training and meetings.
