Full Time:

0-1 years of experience eligible for $2,000

1+ years of experience eligible for $4,000

Part time:

0-1 years of experience eligible for $1,250

1+ years of experience eligible for $2,500

Eligible candidates are hired into a Full or Part-time CNA position. Bonus amount prorated for Part-time hires, per diem hires are ineligible.

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) supports the Vascular Access Team through a combination of patient care, procedural support, and inventory management responsibilities. This role helps ensure procedural areas are stocked and prepared, critical supplies and equipment are readily available, and patients receive attentive support throughout vascular access procedures.

Key responsibilities include maintaining supply inventory, stocking procedural carts, supporting supply management processes, assisting with procedural readiness, and providing patient support during vascular access procedures. The CNA works collaboratively with clinical staff to promote efficient workflow, maintain a patient-centered environment, and contribute to a positive patient experience.

This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, effective communication, and a commitment to teamwork, patient comfort, and operational excellence.

Schedule Requirements

• Four (4) 10-hour shifts per week
• Participation in a 1:4 weekend rotation
• Flexibility to support departmental staffing and patient care needs as required

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with a specialized procedural team while supporting high-quality, patient-centered vascular access services.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

1. Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
2. License/Certifications: Current applicable state(s) license as a Certified Nursing Assistant required. Current BLS certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date.
3. Experience: One year of relevant experience required. Demonstrates competency in all essential functions of a Certified Nursing Assistant I role.

The pay range for this position is $20.27to $24.36 per hour.
