PRN All Shifts

Setting: Skilled Nursing

Wage Scale: Starting at $20/hr + DOE

Status: Full-time and Part-Time

Shift: Days (6a - 2p), Evenings (2pm-10pm), and NOCs (10p-6a)

Responsibilities:

  • Check residents routinely to ensure personal care needs are met.
  • Review and update care plans daily.
  • Inform nurses of any changes in resident conditions.
  • Assist residents with daily needs and transportation.
  • Create a warm, calm, and cheerful environment.
  • Prepare residents’ rooms and ensure comfort.
  • Participate in surveys and maintain confidentiality per HIPAA.
  • Communicate effectively with nursing staff and management.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Active CNA license in Oregon.
  • Passion for caregiving and improving residents’ quality of life.
  • Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).
  • Active CPR/BLS certification.
