Blanchard Valley Health System's Birchaven Village in Findlay, Ohio is seeking a Nurse Aide to support licensed staff by providing direct resident care under supervision. The ideal candidate is 16 or older, active in the Ohio State Tested Nurse Aide registry, and demonstrates strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Active Ohio STNA registry.
• Positive service-oriented interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to assess data reflective of resident status and needs.
• Basic knowledge of aging and related issues.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct resident care and room preparation as directed by nursing staff.
• Report changes in resident condition to nursing staff.
• Restock care supplies and ensure daily needs are met.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Demonstrate service excellence and alignment with mission and resident rights.
• Comply with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
