Job summary

Juniper Village at the Spearly Center in Denver, CO is hiring a Care Aide (CNA) to provide compassionate day-to-day support to residents in a 130-bed skilled nursing facility. You'll assist with activities of daily living, monitor residents, and communicate with care teams to ensure safety and independence.

Shift Details

• Full time 10 pm- 6 am shift available. Thursday through Sunday schedule
• Part time 6 am- 2 pm Friday and Saturday
• Part time 2 pm- 10 pm Friday through Sunday

Pay: Starting at $24 per hour with higher rates based on experience

Role

Care aides are a key part of the Juniper team. They provide physical support to help residents stay engaged, safe, and independent.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents as needed with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, hair care, shaving, continence management, securing transportation, making and keeping appointments, use of the telephone, dining, and attending Juniper programs.
• Check and monitor vital signs as instructed.
• Effectively communicate with other members of the team, residents, and families.
• Provide excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Education: High school or equivalent (Required)
• Experience: Caregiving: 1 year (Preferred)
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – (Required)
