This Certified Nursing Assistant/Health Care Technician I part-time position within the Facility Infirmary and Medical Unit under the Nursing Department provides direct care to developmentally disabled individuals. As our individuals age, we recognize their needs, and focus on providing services to enhance their quality of life in a caring home-like environment. We provide treatment with dignity and respect, offering choices and options that support individuality. The person in this position will care for adults who are medically fragile and have significant intellectual, developmental & physical disabilities.
Salary Range: $31,200.00 – $46,348.00
A Sign-on bonus of $1,000 may be offered to the successful applicant(s) of this posting, contingent on the 2025-2026 Budget Approval.

The Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) / Management Preferences are not required. Applicants who possess the following skills are preferred:
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds on a regular basis (6-8 times daily) and be able to stoop, bend, walk, run short distances (50 yards) and climb stairs without limitations of a permanent nature to provide adequate supervision of the assigned population in the home.

To qualify for the Sign-on Bonus, a newly hired permanent full-time or permanent part-time employee must work 30 to 40 hours per week to be eligible. Those who are eligible and working less than 40 hours a week will receive a prorated rate.
