Job summary

Treutlen County Health & Rehab is seeking a dedicated CNA for PRN night shifts in Soperton, GA. You will assist residents with daily activities, provide compassionate care, and work closely with nurses to ensure safety and comfort.

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (State of Georgia or eligible)

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care
• Support mobility, transfers, and positioning
• Monitor and report changes in residents' condition
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
• Partner with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care
• Foster a positive, respectful atmosphere for residents, families, and team members
